TASTING NOTE

You will be seduced by its aromas of pomegranate, orange zest, ashes, flowers, and watermelon on the nose. The palate is light and silky, with a succulent character. Caressing and playful, it is a volcanic infusion placed in a bottle.

Frank Cornelissen is the leading winemaker in the Natural Wine movement. We had followed him since 2013, when the Belgium winemaker started to make noise with his funky, authentic wines on the slopes of Mount Etha, the most active volcano in Europe.
